LARGE, PRECISION MOULDS
We make large moulds while still ensuring great attention to detail. We gain satisfaction from the fact that our customers are aware of the quality. We have succeeded in optimising our production process to achieve very competitive levels, in order to offer a global solution to the market.
POWERTRAIN
At Lebario we work mainly for the automotive sector. Our speciality is complex parts with high added value. We are specialists in powertrain parts and we are gearing our future towards structural parts.
ENGINE BLOCK
At Lebario we have developed a specific unit focusing on the development, manufacture and intensive maintenance (heavy maintenance + plug & play) of moulds for ENGINE BLOCK parts in which we have accumulated a great deal of experience.
STRUCTURAL PARTS
Thanks to our R&D&I department, we have been able to make a major commitment to an emerging product such as structural parts, developing different technologies and applications aimed at strengthening the process in collaboration with our customers.
TESTS AND TRIALS
Our international stature has led to us developing all the control and testing systems that allow us to guarantee the delivery of the product according to the specifications required by our customers all over the world in terms of both quality and process conditions.
We guarantee that the product meets requirements before delivery thanks to a team specialised in the injection process which, in collaboration with the customer, ensures that the tests are carried out under real process conditions.
We are involved in the product approval phase, using measurement systems (CMM-3D Scanner) as well as all the control elements that allow us to analyse the quality of the injected material (metallurgy and porosity).
CUSTOMISED SERVICE
At Lebario we control the production process throughout the useful life of the mould and we offer a service tailored to the needs of the customer at all times.
